Ingredients
Eggs – 6
Heavy cream – ½ cup
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup
Fresh kale – 2 ½ cups, trimmed and chopped
Small yellow onion – 1 chopped
Herbs de Provence – 1 tsp.
Method
Add heavy cream, eggs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and beat until mixed.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place the mixture into a baking dish evenly.
Arrange a steamer trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot and pour 1-cup water.
Place the dish on top of the trivet.
Secure the lid. Press Manual and cook on High for 20 minutes.
Press Cancel and do a natural release.
Remove the lid and serve.
