Ingredients
Cream cheese – 2 ounces
Cinnamon – ½ tsp.
Swerve – 1 tsp.
Butter – 2 tsp.
In a blender, place the cream cheese, eggs, swerve, and cinnamon.
Blend until smooth.
Melt half of the butter in the Instant Pot on Sauté.
Add half of the butter and cook for 3 minutes.
Flip and cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes.
Repeat with the other half of the batter.
Serve.
