Ingredients
Olive oil – 1 Tbsp.
Broccoli – 1 medium, chopped
Pork sausages – 12 oz. cooked and cut into inch slices
Cheddar cheese – 1 cup, grated
Eggs – 10
Salt – ½ tsp.
Whipping cream – ¾ cup
Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
Ground black pepper – ¼ tsp.
Method
Grease the inside the Instant Pot with olive oil.
Layer half of the broccoli, then half of the sausages, and half of the cheese. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and salt. Add the cream, garlic, and pepper. Whisk well.
Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the instant pot.
Place and lock the lid.
Manually set the cooking time to 15 minutes at high pressure.
Quick release the pressure and serve.
