Ingredients
Eggs – 6
Shredded mozzarella cheese – ½ cup
Chopped baby spinach – 1 cup
Crumbled feta cheese – ¼ cup
Tomato – 1, chopped
Salt – ½ tsp.
Pepper – 1 tsp.
Garlic powder – ¼ tsp.
Water – 1 ½ cups
Method
Add water in the Instant Pot and lower the trivet.
Beat the eggs along with the spices.
Stir in the cheeses and tomato.
Grease 4 ramekins and divide the spinach between them.
Pour the egg mixture over.
Arrange the ramekins inside the instant pot and close the lid.
Cook on High for 8 minutes.
Serve.
